General
A private session is reserved for only you and your guests. No outside parties will be admitted. Call us now at (636) 240-1800 to book!
Yes! Our facility offers wheelchair friendly parking, entryways, and bathrooms. We also have an elevator available for 2nd floor access.
Unfortunately we can not allow any outside food or drink due to insurance/liability requirements.
Yes! Gift Certificates can be purchased on-site during our normal business hours.
Banquet Room – The Loft
You may get started as early as our bookings allow at the time of your gathering.
Candles are only allowed in approved enclosed containers. We recommend flameless candles as a great alternative.
Yes, our customers often bring their own music! However we strongly recommend that you download your playlist to a laptop or iPad in advance in order to play over our sound system. We can not be held responsible for any interruptions should you count on “live streaming” as this is heavily dependent on the stability of the source, provider, bandwidth, and/or connection.

Tactical Laser Combat
At minimum 6 people! However we recommend at least 12 to get the full experience. This doesn’t necessarily mean you have to bring 6 people, as long as at least 5 other players reserve a spot.
You must be at least 14 years old unless accompanied by an adult.
Not necessarily, however it is a good idea as some of our sessions are booked weeks in advance.
A full session lasts 90 minutes. Gearing up and training takes about 20 minutes. You are guaranteed 60 minutes of actual play time. De-gearing takes about 10 minutes.
Dress light! A typical session can get very physical, and you will get quite warm. However we do NOT recommend wearing open-toed shoes.
If you are unable to attend your session, we recommend selling/giving your spot to a friend. Similar to a concert ticket…there are no refunds!
No! Unless you want a private session, you can purchase a single spot. As long as at least 5 other players sign up for the same session, you are good to go!
Up to 22 players may participate in single session. This depends on how many players sign up for your desired session.

This depends entirely upon the session day and time. Our weekend sessions can fill up weeks in advance. We recommend reserving your spot as soon as possible.
